You can cover any combination of your kitchen appliances up to a maximum limit of 7 items in total under the policy. If we can't repair your appliance we'll either arrange for a new one to be delivered FREE of charge or provide an alternative cash settlement.
This is the total value of the appliances you can cover under the policy. The limits are £3,000, and £5,000 for the HomeAppliance 500 and HomeAppliance Premium policies respectively.
This is the amount you are covered for per individual claim you make under the policy. The limits are £500 for the HomeAppliance 500 Policy and £700 for the HomeAppliance Premium policy.

You can cover any of your kitchen appliances against breakdown, including all or any of the following: Cooker, Oven, Hob, Dishwasher, Freezer, Fridge, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave, Tumble Dryer, Washer/Dryer, Washing Machine, Cooker Hood.
We'll send an engineer to repair your boiler, our engineers can normally fix most faults there-and-then. You can claim up to £700† per claim and up to £5000† per year for the whole policy.
To keep your boiler in tip-top condition, as a Home Appliance policyholder, you'll get access to our discounted Boiler Service rates.
We have 750+ engineers nationwide covering every corner of the UK. When you need us we'll be able to respond quickly.
We'll send an engineer to repair your TV, you can claim up to £700† for every claim for your TV and up to £5000† for all claims for the whole policy per year.
If we can't repair your TV we'll replace with an equivalent TV up to £700† in value for each claim.
We'll have a new TV remote delivered if it develops a fault.
We'll cover your Satellite Dish against Breakdown and Realignment or Repositioning where necessary in order to rectify a signal or reception problem. You can claim up to £700† per claim and up to £5000† per year for the whole policy.
We'll cover your Sky Box for repair or replacement in the event of it developing a fault. Our engineer will either repair it or replace it there-and-then to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. You can claim up to £700† per claim and up to £5000† per year for the whole policy.
We'll cover all the cabling associated with your SKY Installation including the cables to and from the SKY Dish. We'll also cover your remote control should it malfunction.

Our Boiler Care plan provides additional stand-alone coverage for your boiler, with 4-levels of cover you be sure to get the level that’s right for you. Our highest level of cover also includes Home Emergency Cover throughout the UK which will cover you against a wide variety of emergencies including Blocked Drains, Broken Pipes, Pest Contamination, Lost Keys and even Hotel Costs.

If you’ve got a complaint about one of our products or service, you may take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), an independent body established by Parliament to settle disputes between financial companies and their customers.
Our insurance products are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). This means you may be entitled to compensation if the insurer cannot meet their obligations. Most insurance contracts are covered for 90% of the claim.
