The excess is the contribution you are prepared to pay when you make a claim.
We have Four levels of excess £95, £65, £35 and £0. You may vary the excess just by clicking on the relevant value you want in the pricing table.
Increasing the excess level is a good way to lower your monthly payments. However many customers prefer to pay £0 excess on their policy. Simply choose the level that suits you.
Most customers choose to pay Monthly however you may also choose the pay Annually and receive a 10% discount!
Simple choose “Monthly” or “Annually” from the pulldown at the very top of the pricing table to change the pricing from Monthly to Annually.
Once you’ve decided which level of cover you want, simple select that level in the pricing table and click the “Buy On-Line Now” button.

Cover any combination of TV's and Sky Satellite Equipment. For example you may want to cover 2 x TV's and 1 x Sky HD Box. You can cover up to a maximum limit of 7 items in total.
If you opt to include your boiler (HomeAppliance Premium), we'll cover it, together with the Thermostat, Timer, Pump, & Diverter Valve against mechanical or electrical breakdown

Parts & Labour are included when you need to make a claim. Per individual claim you are covered up to the Singe Claim Limit and up to the Annual Claim Limit for the sum of all claims in any one year.
There is no call-out charge when you have a breakdown with your appliance and we cover all parts and labour needed for the repair up to the Single Claim Limit of your policy.
You can call us out as many times as you like on any of your appliances up to the value of the Annual Claim Limit on your policy.
All our HomeAppliance policies come with the option to include cover with Zero Claim Excess. For a very modest increase in premium you may elect to choose cover with no contribution to pay you when you make a claim.

This is the total value of the appliances you can cover under the policy. The limits are £3,000, and £5,000 for the HomeAppliance 500 and HomeAppliance Premium policies respectively.
This is the amount you are covered for per individual claim you make under the policy. The limits are £500 for the HomeAppliance 500 Policy and £700 for the HomeAppliance Premium policy.

If you need an engineer we'll dispatch one right away from our comprehensive network of 750+ engineers covering the whole of the UK.
We'll send an engineer to repair your boiler, our engineers can normally fix most faults there-and-then. You can claim up to £700† per claim and up to £5000† per year for the whole policy.
To keep your boiler in tip-top condition, as a Home Appliance policyholder, you'll get access to our discounted Boiler Service rates.
We have 750+ engineers nationwide covering every corner of the UK. When you need us we'll be able to respond quickly.
We'll send an engineer to repair your TV, you can claim up to £700† for every claim for your TV and up to £5000† for all claims for the whole policy per year.
If we can't repair your TV we'll replace with an equivalent TV up to £700† in value for each claim.
We'll have a new TV remote delivered if it develops a fault.
We'll cover your Satellite Dish against Breakdown and Realignment or Repositioning where necessary in order to rectify a signal or reception problem. You can claim up to £700† per claim and up to £5000† per year for the whole policy.
We'll cover your Sky Box for repair or replacement in the event of it developing a fault. Our engineer will either repair it or replace it there-and-then to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. You can claim up to £700† per claim and up to £5000† per year for the whole policy.
We'll cover all the cabling associated with your SKY Installation including the cables to and from the SKY Dish. We'll also cover your remote control should it malfunction.
