TV & Satellite Cover Details
TV Repair
We'll send an engineer to repair any electrical or mechanical breakdown with your television.
TV Replacement
If we can't repair your TV we'll arrange for the delivery of a new TV.
Remote Covered
We'll have a new TV remote delivered if it develops a fault.
Satellite Dish
We'll cover your Satellite Dish against Breakdown and Realignment or Repositioning where necessary in order to rectify a signal or reception problem. You can claim up to £400 for any one Satellite Box / Dish
SKY Box
We'll cover your Sky Box for repair or replacement in the event of it developing a fault. Our engineer will either repair it or replace it there-and-then to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. You can claim up to £400 for any one Satellite Box / Dish.
Cabling & Remote
We'll cover all the cabling associated with your SKY Installation including the cables to and from the SKY Dish. We'll also cover your remote control should it malfunction.
Boiler Cover Details
Boiler Repair
We'll send an engineer to repair your boiler, our engineers can normally fix most faults there-and-then. You can claim up to £1,000 per boiler, or up to the value you have declared for your boiler.
Complete Cover
When you add boiler cover to your policy we'll not only cover your Boiler but we'll also cover it along with the Thermostat, Timer, Pump, & Diverter Valve against mechanical or electrical breakdown

You can tailor the cover to suit your exact requirements. You can cover any number or combination of appliances you wish., so you can find the cover level that’s right for you. This multi-appliance insurance is a single policy covering all your appliances, you save £££’s by combining all your appliances under one policy compared with single plan purchases.
We also have a Kitchen Appliance Insurance Plan which covers just your kitchen appliances. This domestic appliance cover will cover your Washing Machine, Cooker, Oven, Hob, Dishwasher, Freezer, Fridge, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave, Tumble Dryer, Washer/Dryer and Cooker Hood all under one policy.
Our Boiler Care plan provides additional stand-alone coverage for your boiler, with 3-levels of cover you be sure to get the level that’s right for you. Our highest level of cover also includes Home Emergency Cover throughout the UK which will cover you against a wide variety of emergencies including Blocked Drains, Broken Pipes, Pest Contamination, Lost Keys and even Hotel Costs.

Financial Ombudsman Service
If you’ve got a complaint about one of our products or services that has not be dealt with to your satisfaction, you may take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), an independent body established by Parliament to settle disputes between financial companies and their customers.

Our insurance products are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). This means you may be entitled to compensation if the insurer cannot meet their obligations. Most insurance contracts are covered for 90% of the claim.

Q. Do You Cover Old Appliances ?
Yes, under our home appliance insurance we cover appliances of any age.
Q. What Is An Excess ?
The excess is the amount you are prepared to pay each time you make a claim. You can choose either £0, £35, £55 or £75 depending on your requirements.
Increasing the excess generally makes the price of your policy cheaper.
Q. What Am I Covered For ?
You will be covered for the engineers call-out, together with the cost of the labour and parts needed to effect the repair on your appliance.
Q. Will You Replace My Appliance ?
In the first instance we will try and repair your appliance. If this is not possible we will arrange for a new one to be delivered or provide an alternative cash settlement.
Q. Is Accidental Damage Covered ?
No, we do not cover accidental damage. You would normally get accidental damage for your appliances through your home contents insurance, so providing it here would just push up your premiums unnecessarily.
Q. Can I Claim Straight Away ?
You cannot take our insurance on an already broken appliance, this is in fact insurance fraud and a serious offence. All your appliances must be in good working order with no defects at the time you take out our insurance.
Q. When Does My Policy Start ?
At the checkout process you can choose to start your policy either from Today or anytime up to 40 days from today.
Q. How Can I Pay ?
You may pay either by Direct Debit or by Debit/Credit Card. Most customers usually pay by Direct Debit. You can also pay either Monthly or Annually. There is a 10% discount if you choose to pay Annaually.
Q. Will I Receive Any Paperwork ?
If you purchase your cover on-line you will receive your documentation by email immediately following purchase. If you call us to setup your cover we will email your documentation to you once the agent has finished processing your payment. You can request printed documentation at any time if you wish, these are normally posted within 2-3 working days.
Q. Can I Add Items Later ?
You can add additional items later to your policy whenever you want. If you pay monthly the premium will be adjusted from the next monthly payment onwards. If you pay annually we will calculate the new amount due to cover your additional items up until the expiry date of your policy.
