We'll send an engineer to repair any electrical or mechanical breakdown with your television.
If we can't repair your TV we'll arrange for the delivery of a new TV up to the declared value of the item, or provide an alternative cash settlement†
We'll have a new TV remote delivered if it develops a fault.
We'll cover your Satellite Dish against Breakdown and Realignment or Repositioning where necessary in order to rectify a signal or reception problem. You can claim up to £400 for any one Satellite Box / Dish
We'll cover your Sky Box for repair or replacement in the event of it developing a fault. Our engineer will either repair it or replace it there-and-then to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. You can claim up to £400 for any one Satellite Box / Dish.
We'll cover all the cabling associated with your SKY Installation including the cables to and from the SKY Dish. We'll also cover your remote control should it malfunction.
We'll send an engineer to repair your boiler, our engineers can normally fix most faults there-and-then. You can claim up to £1,000 per boiler, or up to the value you have declared for your boiler.
When you add boiler cover to your policy we'll not only cover your Boiler but we'll also cover it along with the Thermostat, Timer, Pump, & Diverter Valve against mechanical or electrical breakdown
To keep your boiler in tip-top condition, as Home Appliance policyholder, you'll get access to our discounted Boiler Service rates.
Cover for the leakage, collapse or blockage of the mains water supply pipe up to £500 per claim.
Cover for blocked waste drainage pipes or rainwater drains up to £500 per claim.
Cover for complete loss of your internal gas supply up to £500 per claim.
Cover for complete loss of internal electricity up to £500 per claim.
Cover for broken glass in any windows up to £500 per claim.
Cover for a home emergency caused by pest contamination up to £500 per claim.
Cover for the cost of replacing your keys and front door damage up to £500 per claim.
Up to 3 nights hotel accommodation if your home is uninhabitable for more than 48 hours following a home emergency up to £500 per claim.

If you’ve got a complaint about one of our products or services, you may take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), an independent body established by Parliament to settle disputes between financial companies and their customers.
Our insurance products are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). This means you may be entitled to compensation if the insurer cannot meet their obligations. Most insurance contracts are covered for 90% of the claim.
Yes, we cover appliances of any age.
The excess is the contribution you are prepared to pay each time you make a claim. You can choose either £0, £35, £55 or £75 depending on your requirements.
Increasing the excess generally makes the price of your policy cheaper.
You will be covered for the engineers call-out, together with the cost of the labour and any parts needed to effect the repair on your appliance.
At the checkout process you can choose to start your policy either from Today or anytime up to 40 days from today.
You may pay either by Direct Debit or by Debit/Credit Card. Most customers usually pay by Direct Debit. You can also pay either Monthly or Annually. There is a 10% discount if you choose to pay Annaually.
If you purchase your cover on-line you will receive your documentation by email immediately following purchase. If you call us to setup your cover we will email your documentation to you once the agent has finished processing your payment. You can request printed documentation at any time if you wish, these are normally posted within 2-3 working days.
You can add additional items later to your policy whenever you want.
If you pay monthly the new premium will be taken in your next monthly payment. If you pay annually we will calculate the new amount due to cover your additional items up until the expiry date of your policy.
